i just seached “bones” into tumblr, for one of two reasons. one) to see pictures of bones and skeletons. two) maybe see some funny gifs of my favorite forensic anthropologist. what i was shocked to find was a multitude of posts dedicated to girls who are entirely too thin, bruised from lack of proper circulation, posts about being happy about not having a period because they are so underweight, and begs and pleas to be so skinny you have a thigh gap.
stop it. eat a god damn hamburger. you are missing one of the best things in life. food. indulge in food. quit starving yourself. there is absolutely no point. if you want to be fit, eat the right foods, work out, drink some fucking water and quit getting your food out of a window. but you have to eat. hell, your metabolism won’t work if you don’t put it to work.
eat. drink water. work out. take your vitamins, and shut the fuck up about your god damn thigh gap.
